- 1 cup Butter unsalted, melted
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Flour all purpose
- Colored sugar sprinkles optional
Preheat the oven to 350F;
Using handheld mixer cream together butter and sugar for about 2-3 minutes;
Add egg and vanilla and mix well together;
Add flour, mix with all the ingredients;
Using teaspoon drop rounds of dough onto the parchment-lined cookie sheet approximately 1 inch apart;
If using, sprinkle colored sugar on top;
Bake for 10 minutes; let cool off and enjoy.
